Somewhat newbie from North Alabama.

Hello BP Community, 

I have been a member of this site since 2015 and have never posted, but, now is the time for action! I have done several deals on the flipping side (About 4) , and currently am a partner in 9 units of buy and hold units (1 small apartment complex and 1 SFR). I am here to learn more and more and to gain some additional encouragement to continue with my investing. Although I have done several deals I have just been in a slump and really need to ramp up my investing so that I can achieve my goals. I am excited to hear from anyone here on the forums and if your near me in North Alabama id love to chat!

Hey @Jake S. thank you for the reply. Yes I have had decent results thus far but just need to ramp it up from here. I appreciate you extending your hand for me to ask you questions. I may very well take you up on that in the future. Thanks!
