@Hobart King here is the link I found for the properties in Jefferson County. https://revenue.alabama.gov/property-tax/taxes-administered/tax-delinquent-property-and-land-sales/ I am from North Alabama. You can also call the Jefferson county courthouse or go by and they should be able to get you the list. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Ethan

@Alina Trigub thanks so much for your input. Your 100% correct, that is very important for a partnership. We've had the units for about 4 years now so things have been good so far.

Thank You,

Ethan

Very nice job on this rehab. The pictures look great, looks like a great house to have in the portfolio. Very well done.

Mine would definitely be walking into a bank at the age of 19 with a part time job barely making any money. No savings, of course I had no deals under my belt, no business plan. As you can imagine the loan officer at the bank literally laughed at me. I was determined to make it work so I went to my grandfather and literally begged him for a 25,000 loan. He reluctantly believed in me and gave me the money, then I purchased the home and rented it out to roommates while I was in college which paid all my housing expenses. A year and a half later a tornado came directly down my street and destroyed the home. Luckily I had great insurance, that was my first deal.

Hey @Jake S. thank you for the reply. Yes I have had decent results thus far but just need to ramp it up from here. I appreciate you extending your hand for me to ask you questions. I may very well take you up on that in the future. Thanks!

Hello BP Community,

I have been a member of this site since 2015 and have never posted, but, now is the time for action! I have done several deals on the flipping side (About 4) , and currently am a partner in 9 units of buy and hold units (1 small apartment complex and 1 SFR). I am here to learn more and more and to gain some additional encouragement to continue with my investing. Although I have done several deals I have just been in a slump and really need to ramp up my investing so that I can achieve my goals. I am excited to hear from anyone here on the forums and if your near me in North Alabama id love to chat!

With Gratitude,

Ethan
