Newbie Investor - Action Items

Hello Everyone!

My name is Ley, I am a Software Engineer at a Bank on Wall Street, who recently developed an interest in Real Estate. I've spent the past 45 days learning (read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Long Distance Real Estate Investing, listened to a lot of podcasts). Now I'm ready to get into the action and start investing in the Orlando Market. Therefore, I've laid out a list of action items for the next 2 months to help me secure my first property.

What's in Progress

- Shopping for the best mortgage rates (Get pre-approved by 5 lenders)

- Putting together my team (Looking for a CPA & Real Estate Attorney)

What's next

- Look for good deals, make offers, and hopefully close on a property (By end of June)

- Set up Business structure, and transfer title

Since I'm surrounded by a group of experts, I wanted to share how I plan on taking actions in a hope to get some feedback. Therefore, please feel free to comment and share some knowledge/wisdom.

Ley
