Greetings from Fairhope, Alabama!

My name is Justin and I've recently relocated to Fairhope with my family. I currently own two rental residential properties, but they are reluctant landlord situations so I'm planning on divesting those and properties with better cashflow. I'm interested in the BRRR strategy for passive income. Since I'm about an hour from a beach I'm also somewhat interested in vacation rentals. I don't have any professional experience in Real Estate, but I've acted as my own gc on a renovation/whole floor addition for a house that my family moved into and learned a lot in that process.
