Hi everyone just like you all are or were I am new to investing in real estate. I have been been saving as well as collecting knowledge by listening to podcast, reading/listening to books. I would like to invest in the surrounding areas of where i live ( Adelanto, Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Fontana, Upland, Alta Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, and Ontario). I am looking to invest in Multi family that will cash flow for buy and hold. I will also consider a single family for my first and second deal to get started. I would like to link up with other like minded individuals.

A little info on me

Work as a warehouse worker and also do photography for extra income.

favorite hobbies are photography, skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing

first heard of bigger pockets from youtube after listening to "rich dad poor dad cashflow quadrant" book and a couple of other robert kiyosaki videos. Youtube auto played a bigger pockets video named "getting started with passive real estate investing".

First bigger pockets podcast i listened to was show 197. Second was show 200 after that i was hooked.
