Thank you all for the welcoming and messages. it has been a while since i first posted. The search is still going. so far i have been getting email alerts on all small multi-family homes from redfin so i can analyses them even if its not a good deal the practice is worth it. Just like @Brandon Turner says in his webinars every place has its number to make it a good deal. i would definitely want to go to any meetups happening in the area so i will be on the look out for that too so i can connect with you guys in person too.

Hi everyone just like you all are or were I am new to investing in real estate. I have been been saving as well as collecting knowledge by listening to podcast, reading/listening to books. I would like to invest in the surrounding areas of where i live ( Adelanto, Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Fontana, Upland, Alta Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, and Ontario). I am looking to invest in Multi family that will cash flow for buy and hold. I will also consider a single family for my first and second deal to get started. I would like to link up with other like minded individuals.

A little info on me

first heard of bigger pockets from youtube after listening to "rich dad poor dad cashflow quadrant" book and a couple of other robert kiyosaki videos. Youtube auto played a bigger pockets video named "getting started with passive real estate investing".

First bigger pockets podcast i listened to was show 197. Second was show 200 after that i was hooked.
