Any success stories from investors in the bp community that have built their team out-of-state? Research tactics, joint ventures and what not to do.  GO!!!

If you're newer to the game you don't want to be building any teams. You want to work with a company & leverage what they've already built. If you're building your own team you are essentially creating a whole property management company. Don't think that should be attempted by anyone unless they've got some serious experience in the biz.
