Dear people ,

I am new to this forum and would like to introduce myself.

I am Max from the Netherlands and have been investing in rental properties for the last 6 years in the Netherlands.

Currently i hold 10 properties in the Netherlands.

Right now I am planning to start investing in the USA for multiple reasons.

One of them is that my fiancé is an American :) ;)

I am still figuring out to work w a turnkey company or do the purchase part myself and work with a property manager.

Are there any foreign investors here that have experience with getting an US bank account to their LLC while being on a distance ?

If anyone has questions on the Dutch real estate market I am more then willing to answer them.

Greetings Max
