hello everyone. im new and  I'm really eager to learn more about investing in real estate.  I have one two family that i currently rent out and looking to do more and bigger and better things in the future.  I live in upstate New york 1 hour away from albany  there's a commercial property im interested in and wondering what your guys thoughts on how i would go about getting this property the cheapest way possible and if it's worth it at all.   just a beginner here with big dreams.  hope this site can help or i will probably be dreaming for quite a while lol.  property address:  32 Main St, Fultonville, NY 12072.  any info or  advise moving forward would be greatly appreciated
