i was recently pre approved to buy a house.  someone approached me with a two family house for sale and said they are willing to hold the mortgage.  if i accept a lease option with them does that make my original pre approval void?  or can i still go buy another property?  how does this work?  can someone please explain.  thank you

I bought the house in 2007 and refinanced in 2009 

I was wondering if i can get a fha with a four or three family if I moved in?  

My problem is I already have an fha I was wondering if I can refinance to a conventional loan to free up a fha for a bigger better multi family home for a cheaper down payment so it’s more affordable.  Was wondering if I’m on track or way off 

schenectady has very bad schools but is located near ge and albany.   (where all the jobs are around here)  better to find something just outside of school district

Was wondering what people’s thaughts on renting for cash flow in Springfield mass. Any potential problems in this area??? Any pluses minuses????

Taxes are really high.  and keep getting higher.
