New Member Reintroduction

Hey everybody.  My name is William Danielson, a Marine stationed in Camp Pendleton.  I introduced myself over a year ago, but due to an eight month deployment with little to no contact with the outside world, I've been inactive on this website.  Now that I'm back from deployment and nearing the end of my enlistment, I'm looking to get kickstarted towards succeeding in real estate investing, so I figured I'd reintroduce myself.

I'm originally from just south of Chicago, Illinois, and will be moving back to that general area once my contract with the Marines is over.  My goal is to buy rental properties to generate passive income, but really, I would get my feet wet in just about any way I could.  I've been educating myself via books and podcasts, practicing analyzing deals and markets, and basically just trying to think like David Greene.

I'm looking forward to getting started, as well as learning from everybody else on this site.  Thanks!
