Pleasure to be here! My name is Frank and I am currently working and living in Lakeland, FL. I have some experience in house hacking a live in rental, and I am looking for more ways to leverage my money in real estate. I am highly interested in wholesaling  and assigning contracts in the Central Florida area, and I am looking to connect with local, successful wholesalers .
