Hello Everyone, Frank here! I am looking to start wholesaling in the state of FL( Central Florida, to be exact), and I wanted to ask: What niches( I.e., tax liens, pre-foreclosure, probate) would be the most profitable and have the least competition? I imagine that pre-foreclosure and absentee owners are getting bombarded with with thousands of letters/calls, so I want to make sure that I am investing my prospecting time and money in the best way possible by staying away from over-saturated areas. I am also open to JV'ing and helping others out. Thanks in advance for your suggestions, stories, and time!

Any an all resources and connections are helpful. Any tips on the best skip tracing software to use? I need to build capital before I can send out letters.
