Hello everyone just starting out.

Hi, I'm 27 and just getting in to real estate as a method of obtaining financial freedom. I live in a small town in northern Michigan, and am not sure if I should invest locally or in a more populated area. Either way I'm just getting started, and have been spending all my time reading and listening to real estate investing resources. Any tips for a new person?

Welcome Kyle!

What are your initial goals? Doing your first deal locally would be a good idea, but it's not an absolute must

I would keep learning, but take action!!!
