I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, left for school and did a brief stint living in Canada, then traveling the world. Life has found me returned to San Antonio for the next few years while my girlfriend completes her architecture degree.

I am a mechanical engineer by education, I work in strategy and development for an Oil and Gas company. I also run a side-gig marketing agency where I help out small businesses and start-ups establish brand identity, websites and marketing strategies. I have largely contracted this side gig and slowed it down in order to take on real estate deals.

I'm interested in flipping mainly because I am obsessed with transforming spaces, crunching numbers and researching deals and eventually make my way into rentals/MF. My end goal is to have a cash flow of $60k+/year and $2M in properties by the time I am 30. I have had many people tell me it is a lofty goal and isn't possible, but with my fortunate financial situation I have already made it a 1/4 of the way there.

What do I bring to the table?

I don't have any past experience completing deals other than buying a house, and standing by on some of my parents flips and transactions. I do have about $100k in liquid capital, past experience with construction, an engineering brain that analyzes opportunities and complex networks and a passion for real estate .I have previous construction, engineering and renovation experience (laying tile when your 16 counts right?....) I also have a plethora of marketing skills that I am willing to share with anyone, if you need a website or branding - lets talk.
