I am excited to explore some of the groups in town.  The market still has slightly low inventory and the days on market is starting to stretch in certain areas.  Parts of the area still remain very competitive

I am in my second year of being a Realtor for Keller Williams in Richmond , Virginia.  I would love to network with like minded people and be able to learn the in and outs of flipping and rental properties. My goal is to try for one flip a year and to own and manage 3 rental properties.  My daughter has special needs and this has drastically increased my interest in secondary dwelling units, independent living options, and creating a stable source of income for her once I pass on.  

I love doing renovation projects and hope to share some of my projects and get inspired from what others have done. I have a 16 ft high rock wall in my living room and love the freedom that home ownership brings.
