Acquiring Team Members

Hi BP,

I'm reading books and watching webinars. Part of the books and webinars mention creating a team.

Who should be the first person on my real estate investing team? Does it matter who I invite first (e.g. broker, agent, attorney...)

Thanks.

@Alex Fabiano  You add members to your team by doing business with them.  You ask for referrals and solicit bids and in the case of accountants and attorneys, advice.  BTW your team changes as you find more appropriate members.
