I'm currently looking for safe places to invest in NJ. I'm thinking I would want to be in Central NJ. I'm new to investing. I heard it is a good idea to find one place and know the market. Does anyone know of any towns or areas?

Hi dveyone! As I start to embark on my real estate journey, I will start acquiring more houses...which means more papers. I’m writing this because I need some strategies and ideas on organizing and jeeping track of expenses, numbers and fees.

@Dan Barli I’m in Basking Ridge New Jeresey and I’m looking it I rentals. Most of the rentals I’m trying to look at for the future involve fixing up by 10%.
