Entering the world of real estate here in central Texas. Wanting to do a few things while on this forum. For one i want to build networking and for two im looking for either a partner to get into real estate with and for three im looking for all and everything that i can learn about real estate before buying and holding properties. @Tyler Ortiz. Look for an REIA Organization to join and meet fellow Investors, Lenders, Contractors.

First thing, find a Lender you feel comfortable with and get yourself PRE-APPROVED for a loan. If you don't find anything for 6 Months Lender will just need to update file.
