Hello everyone!! My name is Ryan Burnham and I'm from Andover, Minnesota. I attend the University of Alabama online full-time in the distance dietetics program, I work full-time at a high school as a para with special needs students, during the summer I farm a small plot and sell to farmers markets and restaurants, and I also talk to people in China to help them practice English 5-10 hours a week for extra money. And I just got a puppy haha!! 

I have been especially motivated in exploring ways to make passive income and am especially intrigued by the podcast REtipster by Seth Williams. I do have some money invested in the stock market and I want to diversify by starting to invest money I am currently saving into real estate. I am really intersted in learning more about Seth Williams methods for land investing. I have listened to just a few of his podcasts and really like the opportunity for low-startup investments that can come from land purchases. Any interest or advice is greatly appreciated, I look forward to interacting with you all!!
