Newbie in Atlanta looking to connect.

Hello Everyone!

I have just recently started to listen to Bigger Pockets / Real Estate Guys podcasts and am trying to read and soak up as much knowledge as possible. 

My wife and I have a goal of purchasing our first investment property by the end of the year. We would like to start with BRRR'ing single family homes.

Is there anyone in the Atlanta area that I can connect with? NOT ASKING FOR A MENTOR. Simply looking to connect and network.

Also - I am a newer realtor and am curious what I can do to be an agent that investors would love to work with.
