Hello BP team,
First i would like to thank all the people that make this site happen. Fantastic job!!!

MY name is Carl Lester and I live in Baltimore,md. I barely graduated high school. (my own faught). I didn't go to collage. I come from a hard working family. I have two sisters. I have a wonderful wife a two wonderful girls(5&1). My full time gig is n sales. (6yrs) Prior to that i have been in the construction field.(res/comm)

I love to meet new people. I'm honest, accountable,reliable, hard working.

I have a passion for Real Estate. I just started reading books about 1 month ago. Also i have found 2 buyers. Googling for real estate investing, found this site & been hooked ever since.

From what i have been reading it looks like that i'm goin to start wholesaling slowly. Even know i'm the type of person to jump right in head first.

So please dont get disgusted with me On the questions that I'll have.
