Hello, everyone!

My name is Robert and I am new to the BP family, and to the world of real estate investing all together.

I live in Fennville, MI, about 45 min. southwest of Grand Rapids. I'm originally from southern California, spent my high school/early 20's living south of Chicago, and had a 5 year stint in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina before I met my wife and moved up to Michigan.

I've just started the early education phase of my real estate journey. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad for the first time a few months ago. Shortly after that I discovered the BP podcast and it's been a whirlwind of info from there. I've gone through The ABC's of Real Estate Investing, The ABC's of Property Management, THE BP Ultimate Beginners Guide, and I'm currently reading The Book On Flipping Houses, and soon to read The Book On Estimating Rehab Costs. (I'm taking recommendations, so feel free to tell me YOUR favorite books on RE)

I work at a Print Shop during the day, and plot my eventual rise to Real Estate Greatness during my nights and weekends. I am considering getting my feet wet with flipping, as a way of learning more and raising capital, but my ultimate goal is to buy & hold small multifamily properties, working my way up to larger apartment buildings.

Thank you,

I look forward to meeting all of you.
