New investor looking to establish a team in Cleveland area

Hi everyone.  I have been listening to the BP podcast for quite a while and looking through the BP forums as well.  I finally decided to join the community so that I can participate, learn from everyone and hopefully be helpful to others on the forums.

I am looking to get started in REI. I am interested in buying and holding and buying, renovating and holding SFRs and small multi-family investments in the Cleveland area to produce passive income.

For my day job I am a VP of Marketing and Product Management at a specialty coatings company in Boston, MA.
