Newbie from Denver, Colorado

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie to real estate trying to learn the ropes and make a life change for financial freedom and to be able to spend more time with the wife and kid.

I am currently stationed at Buckley AFB, Colorado as Active Duty Air Force and want to have at less two rental property before moving to my next station (2 years). I just finished Brandon Turner’s book “The book on rental property investing” and currently reading his other book on “Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down”.

I am also looking for a great REIA to visit and other great reads, if there is any recommendations. Thanks!
