I'm a novice when it comes to real estate, but I've always been fascinated with the income opportunities. Recently, I've been reading up and have discovered the advantages of wholesaling. However, before jumping in, I wanted to get as much info as possible, especially from those who have been there.

What's the best way to get started?

Do I need any money upfront?

Do you recommend buying teaching materials from anyone in particular -- or anyone at all?

What books would be most helpful?

Thank you for your reply, sir. The more I read, the clearer your point has become. I appreciate your insight. That said, do you have any recommendations or tips for someone looking to get into real estate? My goal is to utilize it as a means of passive income.
