@John Thedford

John,

Thank you for your reply, sir. The more I read, the clearer your point has become. I appreciate your insight. That said, do you have any recommendations or tips for someone looking to get into real estate? My goal is to utilize it as a means of passive income.

@Robbie Reutzel

Robbie,

Thank you very much for the insight! It's truly valuable, and I very much appreciate your time and knowledge.

In what direction would you steer a real estate newbie? I'm looking for a career change, but I'm only starting to scratch the surface here. Would you recommend buying any materials from a coach like *************, or is that type of thing mere snake oil?

He's makes wholesaling sounds so simple, which I guess is why it seems so appealing.

If not Dean, where do you recommend I turn? Any books you recommend? I'm all ears (and eyes).

Again, thank you very much for your time and insight.

Ryan

Hello, all --

I'm a novice when it comes to real estate, but I've always been fascinated with the income opportunities. Recently, I've been reading up and have discovered the advantages of wholesaling. However, before jumping in, I wanted to get as much info as possible, especially from those who have been there.

What's the best way to get started?

Do I need any money upfront?

Do you recommend buying teaching materials from anyone in particular -- or anyone at all?

What books would be most helpful?

Any insight provided would be very much appreciated. Thank you all very much for the help.
