Good Afternoon, I have been lurking around a bit getting my feet wet learning about investing. My husband is active duty and I currently work for the DOD but we will be pcsing and I am exploring the option of working towards investing in real estate vs the W2. We are currently in Washington and will be heading to Virgina. We have 3 rentals by default and once we move out current house will become a rental. I have already learned so much off this forum for how to do this rental better then the current ones as well as how to purchase better. I am currently looking for a home in virgina that we can rehab and live in for a short time them likely sale. I am beyond excited and have started reading a few books and plan to order the newly released books on the site. I have never been a very social person so I will be working on getting comfortable networking which will be my biggest hurdle. I look forward to continuing to learn off of this forum and make some great connections.
