Hi everyone I am needing a little guidance on a wholesale situation and was wondering if some investors that know the territory well could help. I am about to finalize a wholesale deal (assignment of contract) for a house in Huntsville Alabama. In this situation I am the buyer wanting to use traditional bank financing. The wholesaler is fine with me using a bank. My issue is not with the contract price or inspections but with closing in time. We have about 30 days to close and and my current bank is unfamiliar with contract assignments which makes me think we would be delayed. We are going conventional with no inspections (outside of the bank appraisal). My questions is, is this reasonably possible to accomplish? Does anyone have any experience with banks in the Huntsville area that handle these transactions? Feel free to comment or direct message me. I thank you kindly for the help!!!☺️

Wow that's incredible thank you so much for reaching out to help @Chase Keller ! I will try and get in touch with her tomorrow and let her know you recommended her. "High five across the internet"

Also, thank you @Brandon Sturgill for you comment and valuable insights into the Des Moines market trends! The roughly 2% annual growth has us interested too. My wife and I will also abide your restaurant recommendation and check it out! I'd be happy to follow up with our findings. Thank you for reaching out Brandon.

Hello friends,

My wife and I are taking a weekend trip up to Des Moines to scout out the area (January 18th-20th). We have been traveling around the Midwest looking for a place to set up shop. We are planning on getting into rehabbing residential homes as well as buying and holding small multi-family units. We would love to sit down with an experienced real estate agent that knows the Des Moines market well that could give us insight into the local market flow, school districts, etc. Is anyone willing to drop the name (or business) of someone they really love to use and has an extensive history in Des Moines area? We would teat them to their favorite cup of coffee anywhere they want! Thank you very much for your time and help.
