Hey Bigger Pockets! I'm about a year in... working at our family auto shop and we are currently looking to all get out. My parents will want to take advantage of their equity and how I've helped establish our business and cash out in the next year or two. I am currently working on being a residential real estate agent in ALL of my free time. I closed a deal within weeks of being licensed and also got our shop so busy we were 5 weeks booked out all year. Which was great... but is not my long term goal. I would love insight, help, thoughts, opinions, do's and don'ts ideas! I don't think anyone would be wrong in their opinion. Where I'm at---I'd love to close on a few deals to create capital and as soon as I can invest that in flips, rentals or my own personal property to start to establish long term cash flow and a future retirement. I have always been self employed so I don't have the luxury of company retirement benefits and so on! Would love insight from this community! I have been obsessing over podcast, reading posts and everything Bigger pockets had to offer! I also would love to share insight about the Bay Area market as a "renter" , "resident" , "local" and real estate agent to anyone who needs help! I have superior insight as I'm deeply involved in our city! Eager to hear from everyone! Thanks!
