Just joined, looking forward to purchasing a rental property or two in Ocala, FL. First we have to survive my SIL getting a reverse mortgage to buy out my DH's half of the house they inherited. Apparently nobody in the Newton, NC, area wants to do a reverse mortgage for a 75-year-old woman...at least she's getting no cooperation. :roll: Once we finally get through that, I'll be on here asking questions!
