I feel like more people were interested in debating if cash or financing was the better option instead of answering his questions. I’d go as far to even say some of the comments were even bordering on rude and arrogant. 

I’m currently designing my back yard which will eventually turn into a rental property down the road (1-2 years from now). My question is how much renter equity is placed in landscaping? If I spend 5-10k on a back yard could I expect to see a return? House is located in El Paso Texas, 4 bed, 2 bath, the current back yard is dirt. As the saying goes, “God made dirt and dirt don’t hurt”...unless it costs a future renter!?!?

First post!! Just introducing myself. I’m originally from Gulfport MS. and a newbie to real estate investing. I’m in the military (active duty army), and looking to invest nationally since I move around a lot. I’m mostly interested in multi family homes (using the Brrr method). I’m currently living in the El Paso area. Any advice, or contacts would be grateful.  Thanks.
