Hello BP - Long time podcast listener, long time forum lurker, first time poster. My name is Nick Logan out of Houston, TX. I stumbled upon the podcast and real estate investing around 2 years ago. I've managed to purchase two investment properties over that time, but want to accelerate my learning and growth. Being involved in the forums looks like a great place to start.
