I've been prowling this site and the Youtube channel long enough.  I'm getting close to taking the leap and decided I better join the community officially.

Hello everyone!  I live in Littleton, CO and already have my first residential rental in Morrison.  So far things have exceeded my most optimistic expectations! I have great tenants and my management company (Yeah, I got one. Gimme a break, it's my first rental) has been easy to work with.  I'm looking to purchase my first true investment property soon and I'm hoping I'll be able to share my first real success story with all of you! Can't wait to quit lurking and join the community!
