Getting started in South Bend.
Hi BP. I am a new investor who currently lives in South Bend, IN. I am 30 yrs old with no kids. I have a full time job with a stable, comfortable income. I want to secure a retirement, and I am not sure my 401k will do that for me, so i have recently become interested in REI. I have been reading forums, books, and listening to the BP podcasts for months. I purchased my first home in May, and I am renting a room to a friend/co-worker which helps pay the mortgage. I would like to acquire a few SFR's with some cashflow, although i am having a hard time finding deals in today's market. it would be great to connect with others in the area and all advice here is welcome.
