Hello everyone. I like the forums so far! I am 22 years old, currently in the Air Force with three years left. I am just here to read and learn. My intrest lies in rental properties and my goal is to be close to investing in my first property when I get out of the military and move to Virginia Beach. I will have my texas real estate license after my upcoming deployment, and hope to be a part time agent and learn more about the industry.
