Looking for advice/suggestions for deal 3 and beyond
I am new to BP forums but not to the podcast. I am currently living near Chelan, WA and own property in Wenatchee. I own a triplex and have house hacked my first three homes, and just wrapped up being the GC on an owner-build custom home. I am selling our previous home currently and when it sells will provide $100k+ in investment money. Any networking opportunities are certainly welcome, especially if there is something happening locally. Thanks in advance for any assistance or discussion provided!
