Thank you for the leases Brandon, I appreciate you taking the time to throw some help my way.  I’m sure ill be following up with additional questions; my concern at this point is knowing just enough to be dangerous but not 100% sure of what I’m getting myself into with a new investment. I’ll be taking a look into each of those links.

I am new to BP forums but not to the podcast.  I am currently living near Chelan, WA and own property in Wenatchee.  I own a triplex and have house hacked my first three homes, and just wrapped up being the GC on an owner-build custom home.  I am selling our previous home currently and when it sells will provide $100k+ in investment money.   Any networking opportunities are certainly welcome, especially if there is something happening locally.  Thanks in advance for any assistance or discussion provided!
