New Member Introduction: 23 Year Old Newbie from London, Canada

Hi, Bigger Pockets community!

I'm Andrew - a newbie investor from London, Canada! I bought my first house in second year of university, house hacked it, carried it via student rent, rehabbed it, and sold 2 years later for a healthy profit. I close on my 2nd property in 2 days (very excited!) down in Windsor, Canada. I'm gonna fill that one with students, too, and do some rehab because there's some potential for another bathroom and another bedroom, as well as some landscaping. 

I can honestly say that Bigger Pockets changed my life. It helped me find what my long-term goal is: make a living from acquiring real estate! I currently work in Chicago, Illinois, and plan on moving to Toronto within the year to take a corporate job where, you guessed it, all my earnings will be going to another property, and then another, and so on. 

I'm super excited to start meeting folks with the same dream! If you, or anyone you know, is located in Southwestern Ontario, I'd love to chat anytime!

London and Windsor are both great markets - I've got 9 properties (29 units) in London, but the cashflow in Windsor gives London some competition. We've got free meetup groups here in London, feel free to come out and join us anytime - we meet once a month.
