New Rental Investor Introduction

Hey Guys!

My name is Brendan O'Donoghue, i am 22 and new to real estate investing and eager to get involved and learn! 

My goal is to get into doing BRRRR and House Hacking in my home city of Yonkers, NY. I've spent a lot of time of the forums; reading and absorbing all of this information. Now looking to meet some like minded people and network for my next investment.

A Little about me, I am an Electrician, and Project Manager in the family General Contracting Business located in NYC and have been around construction my whole life and working part time during school for 5 years and now most recently working full time for the past 2 years. 

I recently purchased my first investment, a co-op, for work and commuting purposes. Going through this process really sparked a light in me with how much I've learned about the whole process.
