Hello to all,

My name is Gabe and as the title says I'm Military from Richmond Hill, GA.  I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ and have bounced around a bit since ive been in.  I currently am in the process of deciding what to do with my only rental in AZ and will shortly be selling my home in GA.  I'm looking forward to getting as much info as possible and sharing my experiences along the way. I've researched the no tenant raw land ideas and will continue to while I'm still in uniform. Look forward to meeting and greeting everyone.
