Hi all!

My name is Maggie Fleming and I’m 20 years old. I’m new to real estate and bigger pockets! I’ve been listening to the podcasts for a long time and have decided it’s time to start getting active and networking with the community!

For the past couple years, I have dabbled primarily in STR's in the states I've lived in which has been California, Kansas, and as of recently, Texas. I am currently working on a house hacking project (if you want to call it that). I am renovating and fixing up a large 3 bedroom house to get a good discount on rent!

My goal for this year is to purchase my first single family property in all cash! I have always known I have wanted to be in real estate to create some long-term passive income so I have eliminated most of my expenses and have been tediously saving for it. 

I just moved to Austin a few days ago and would love any and all job/networking opportunities! I am hungry for success and have many attributes to bring to the table. I have capital to invest, am great at organization and have time on my hands to help where is needed to learn more about the industry!
