Hi Brian! Depending on what feedback you’re looking for, I recommend connecting with @David Espinosa and @Andy Edge. They're local investors, run a REI meetup, and all around good guys! You can also find the meetup's Facebook page (Central Kentucky REI Group) for info on the next get together.

Hi @Kristiana Kenny! Welcome to the Great Place! I know there used to be a meetup that was regularly advertised here on BP, but I have not seen anything in a while. I was talking with a friend just last week about getting involved in a meetup. I helped start one a few years ago when I was stationed in KY. If you find any meetings that are currently scheduled, please let me know (no need to reinvent the wheel). Otherwise, it might be time to start a new one! 

@NaniKan Deravo - Good morning! I agree with @Jacob LeBar in reference to the area around Killeen. This is the fourth time I have lived in this area. Fort Hood (so to be Fort Cavazos as of tomorrow) is a large installation. This equals a large pool of Soldiers coming in and a growing number of retirees staying in the area. If you have specific questions about the various cities and neighborhoods, I’d be glad to help out. I can connect you with local real estate professionals, contractors, etc and/or help with “boots on ground” activities if needed.

Congrats on the purchase @Ryan Stout! This is my fourth time to have lived here in the area. I think it’s a great market. I have done long distance PM in the past. It’s not impossible, but having a local friend like you do will really help. Feel free to reach out anytime!
