New member & newbie from Conroe Texas

Looking to learn and connect with like minded individuals. A fairly recent transplant form the Midland/Odessa area of West Texas and now that I'm fully settled here hoping to start getting into Real Estate investment as a landlord using a Buy and Hold strategy.

Been following the Dave Ramsey strategy for getting out of debt and should be debt free except our house by this spring and while I'm finishing that up looking to educate myself on this so I can make an intelligent start.
