My introduction to B.P. & E.R.I.

Hello BiggerPockets world my name is Demetrius Jones and this post is the very first step to my Real Estate career. I’ve been listening to the BP podcast for about three months, 5 or 6 shows a day. It has completely rewired my mind and changed my view on situations and property’s. As of right now I’m not financially able to close a deal myself so I would like to wholesale with some motivated and experienced Investors. I’m looking to close my first deal. I found a property selling for 190k. I done a small amount of due diligence and came up with a ARV of 240k. The property has a zestimate over 260k. Would anybody be interested in this deal if I was able to get the seller to close under 170k? I live in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and the deal is also in the metroplex. P.S. I just got a BP Email from Allison right before I wrote this post lol what a coincidence.
