Newbie in Beaumont, Texas

Hi everyone,

My name is Quinn Dotson and personally haven't completed a deal other than buying my own home. I am a chemical engineer from the New Orleans area but currently working in Beaumont, Texas.

With real estate, I am looking to develop "passive" income while pursuing the development of a real state company. I am interested in buy+holds, brrrr, and note investing in single family and multi family properties.

I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur and have a very strong interest in business development and strategy.

Finally, If anyone knows of any BP meet ups or real estate groups in the Beaumont area, please let me know.
