Starting up, complete beginner.
Hello all the lovely people of BiggerPockets.
I'm a 19 year old guy from the small country of Denmark.
I recently acquired a sum of money, consisting of around 85000 USD. (I broke my neck, and got multiple surgeries going wrong, but that's not the reason behind this post.)
However, i'm trying to use that money investing in real estate, where i can get a profit.
What range of houses/apartments should i be looking for, as in where should i start with investing?
Should i spend 50000 usd on an a property, or should i split it on multiple and whatnot,
What is your advice?
Thank you for reading/replying,
Rasmus.
