Yes we’ve looked at many complex’s in the area to invest in next. Prices at Lands End jumped up and don’t make much sense for investing right now.

Our eventual goal will be to start picking up more conventional, annual type properties after 1-2 more vacation rentals.

I might hit you up for suggestions on someone to install some flooring this fall, a guy recommended to me hasn’t returned my call yet.

I do all management myself, fairly easy to do. And much cheaper than having a company do it. 

Do you do the same at the lake? We are looking to buy another condo but haven’t decided exactly where yet.

Purchased our first investment property about 2 years ago at the Lake of The Ozarks. Has done very well woth short term rentals and we are looking to purchase our 2nd soon. I’ve been talking with a few banks about loan strategies going forward and will have many questions for the experts here on BP. Thanks.
