Need Help Finding Agents for Real Estate Photo & Video Business

Brandon Davidow
Posted

Hello,

My name is Brandon, and a few months ago I started a Real Estate video and photo business called Steady Shot Media. The clients I have been working with are very happy with the photos and videos I have made for them, but it’s been a challenge to find new agents and clients here in the PA, NJ, & NY tri-state area. Most agents are not receptive to cold calls. I would like to get advice and see what is the best way to gain more real estate agents to come on board and use my services? Thank you in advance for your advice.

Certainly have a clean website that you provide examples of your work. If your current clients are happy, they shouldn't have a problem with you using their properties as an example on your website. To get your foot in the door with new agents, offer their first property at free or heavily reduced price. Stop by the brokerage offices, where dozens of agents typically work, and drop off a stack of coupons for the deal to be distributed to the agents.
