Hi All,

I’m relatively new to the Real Estate world as a photographer, videographer, and drone operator. I shoot throughout the Philadelphia area and suburbs, and I’m looking to make connections with agents. I would love to pick your brain about what you like and don’t like from your current photographer, and what can make the whole process of getting videos and photos easier for you. Thank you for your time!

Thank you all for your ideas, I really do appreciate them.

I understand both of your points of view when it comes to pricing. I offer new clients 50% off for their video service with me, and my prices overall are very competitive. On top of regular photos and video, I also have my aerial pilots license and can take photos and video with my drone.

But it’s a super competitive space- and I do understand trying to lock in a client for a long time. But I have also run into agents who wants those freebies- and that’s the challenge of it all for sure.

Hello,

My name is Brandon, and a few months ago I started a Real Estate video and photo business called Steady Shot Media. The clients I have been working with are very happy with the photos and videos I have made for them, but it’s been a challenge to find new agents and clients here in the PA, NJ, & NY tri-state area. Most agents are not receptive to cold calls. I would like to get advice and see what is the best way to gain more real estate agents to come on board and use my services? Thank you in advance for your advice.
